Personal one to one service from beginning to end

Valuation

An initial appraisal of your property, I will visit and advise on the current market conditions and provide an honest valuation. As a RICS qualified surveyor and experienced agent I will also advise on any steps that could be taken to boost the property value.

Marketing

I use the latest technology to market your property in the best possible way. This will include high quality photography, drone aerial shots, video tours, floorplans, detailed brochures and a For Sale board.

Property Listing

The property will be sent to my Truro focused mailing list and uploaded to popular property portals Rightmove, Zoopla and Prime Location. The property will also feature on my social media channels.

Viewings

It is so important that your estate agent accompanies viewings at your property. This will be undertaken by me personally and I will ensure I know your property inside and out. You will always receive feedback on how the viewing went within 24 hours, normally the same day.

Offers

I will handle all offers for your property, qualifying the exact buying position - gaining proof of finance or meticulously checking their sales chain. I will always negotiate the best possible price and terms so that you can accept with confidence.

Sales Progression

I would never believe the job is done with an offer accepted. The next few weeks and months I will regularly update you on my contact with the buyers, solicitors, mortgage brokers and surveyors to ensure the sale progresses smoothly to completion.
